Eric has been cutting and harvesting wood since the age of 12, enjoying his time in the forest.His 40 year career in agriculture, engineering and construction furthered his knowledge of the growing and using timber. His work in the forest and tree cutting has developed his ability to identify the beautiful grains and individual artistic qualities of wood. As a carpenter and woodworker Eric enjoys building with wood.  His passion for cooking and food has focused his work on turning bowls and boards for functional use in your home and kitchen. He primarily uses woods he has harvested in his own forest and other interesting materials from local forests in the Pioneer Valley. All wood has been sustainably harvested.
